At checkout page, you will be able to choose the day and time of delivery. If you are unable to select your preferred time slot, this means that we already have a maximum number of orders for that time slot and cannot accept any further orders at this time. Delivery times: from 10h00 to 23:00 in timeslots of 60 minutes.

How much does this service cost?

At checkout, you’ll see a breakdown of charges that includes:

  • The total price of the items in your basket.
  • A delivery charge of €9.50 to ensure safe and timely shipping.
  • A service fee of €7.50, which includes the picking and packing of the freshest groceries for your order, ensuring you receive only the best quality products. Additionally, this fee covers outstanding live customer support to assist you with any inquiries or issues you may have throughout your shopping experience.
  • A Stripe processing fee of 2.50€, which is a standard fee charged by our payment processor for secure transactions.
  • Additionally, there’s an Eco bags fee of 1.00€, reflecting our commitment to sustainable packaging practices.

We want to emphasize that we are not a 10-minute delivery service with limited options. Instead, we are an online supermarket with 4000 – 5000 products in our catalogue for you to choose from. Despite our wide selection, we pride ourselves on delivering your order very quickly to your door, no matter how big or heavy it is!

FAQs

Minimum order amount is €100. We are doing our best to reduce this amount in the future and keep our delivery service level high.

In case you have forgotten items, you can contact us via chat, email or phone and we will add it to your order in case your basket is not yet collected by your personal shopper.

In the store, your order is collected by a personal shopper. In case a product in the store ran out of stock or the whole batch has poor quality, your personal shopper will call you, explain the situation and offer replacement options.

In case you are not happy with one of the products, please contact us via email, chat or phone and we’ll arrange refund or propose other alternatives. You will pay only for the basket you are happy with.

You can place such an order, but please contact us first to check if we have this quantity of product in stock. The same goes for heavy products like multiple water packs.
Abusive orders may not be accepted, however we will do our best to deliver as much as possible 🙂

Payment is done electronically upon confirmation of your order at checkout page. You can pay by credit card. We use Stripe – the best and most secure online payment service.

In such cases please contact us via chat, email or phone and we will reschedule your delivery.

We provide delivery by our own courier service, equipped with eco-friendly electric bikes for short distances and cars for longer distances.

Picking and packing, and delivery services may be performed by third parties, which may include retailer personnel, independent contractors, and third party logistics providers.
