How much does this service cost?
On the checkout page, you will see a breakdown of the fees that includes:

- A shipping fee of €6.95 (ZONE 1), €12.95 (ZONE 2) and €17.95 (ZONE 3) to ensure safe and fast shipping.

We want to emphasize that we are not a 10-minute delivery service with limited options. Rather, we are an online supermarket with 6000+ products in our catalog. Despite our vast selection, we pride ourselves on delivering your order to your doorstep very quickly, no matter its size or weight!

FAQs
The minimum order amount is €30 (ZONE 1), €100 (ZONE 2) and €150 (ZONE 3). We are doing our best to reduce this amount in the future and maintain our high level of delivery service.
In case of forgetting items, you can contact us by chat, email or phone and we will add it to your order in case your cart is not yet collected by your personal shopper.
In store, your order is picked up by a personal shopper. If a product is out of stock or the entire batch is of poor quality, your personal shopper will contact you on WhatsApp from our service +352 661 555 778, explain the situation and offer you replacement options.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please contact us by email, chat or phone and we will arrange a refund or offer other alternatives. You will only pay for the basket you are satisfied with.
You can place such an order, but please contact us first to check if we have this quantity of product in stock. The same applies to heavy products such as several packs of water.
Abusive orders may not be accepted, however we will do our best to deliver as much as possible 🙂
Payment is made electronically when you confirm your order on the payment page. You can pay by credit card. We use Stripe – the best and most secure online payment service.
In such cases, please contact us via chat, email or phone and we will modify your delivery.
We provide delivery by our own courier service, equipped with eco-friendly e-bikes for short distances and cars for longer distances.
Pick-up, packing and delivery services may be provided by third parties, which may include retailers’ staff, independent contractors and third-party logistics providers.
